Registration 2013-2014  Required to enroll new student for the 2013-2014 school year
Re-Registration 2013-2014  Required to re-enroll students for the 2013-2014 school year
Emergency Medical  Required annually for registration or re-enrollment
Health History  Required for registration
Legal Custody  Required for registration - update when any changes
Public School District  Required annually for registration - update when any changes

Internet Policy  All parents and students must read annually
Internet Access Agreement  All parents and students must sign annually (after reading policy)
Photo/Publication Permission  Parents sign annually to grant/restrict photo and publication use

Email Authorization  Parents sign to authorize school to contact you by email
Text Authorization  Parents sign to request school send emergency text alerts
Before-Care Emergency  Required for student utilizing before-school care
